- M³ Mobile distributed Storage System
1.1 M³ Product Iteration and Test
a. In the past two weeks, our tech team performed product iteration for M³ Beta SDK based on users’ real feedback, and conducted further test for SDK on mobile devices;
b. Made optimization for various problems showed in productization stress test, and enhanced the stability on mobile devices;
c. Optimized the performance of supernode, and increased its stability under high concurrency environment.
1.2 SDK Integration
a. Based on user’s demand, added the function of dynamically loading Native library , in order to reduce app size that was increased by SDK access.
b. Obfuscated and accessed new version SDK to Antube, provided P2P acceleration on short-form mobile videos based on M3 Beta SDK and optimization on bandwidth cost, at the same time supported Antube users of M3 version to acquire corresponding rewards.

3.1 DATA’s First Ecosystem App Antube will be Launched on Kakao’s Cryptocurrency Wallet “Klip”
South Korean messaging giant Kakao has announced plans to release its cryptocurrency wallet ‘Klip’ within the year. The firm posted a teaser page to the “More” tab in its KakaoTalk app on August 12. Kakao said it plans to introduce a full service this year.
In December 2018, DATA and Kakao GroundX officially cooperated to incubate the first blockchain application of DATA ecosystem, Antube, and officially released the alpha version on January 1, 2019, which has accumulated nearly 500,000 users at present. After close cooperation in the past six months, DATA and Klaytn also decided to further deepen the cooperation in the blockchain field, and formally established a strategic partnership on July 9, 2019.
As a strategic partner of Ground X and Klaytn, DATA(DTA) will be integrated into Klip. Antube, the first ecosystem application of DATA is first introduced in Klip, which will support DTA and ATT. Kakao’s cryptocurrency wallet Klip will help DATA further improve brand value, expand user base and promote ecosystem development.
3.2 Antube Operation Activities and Community Building
Since the official beta in March 2019, Antube has nearly 500,000 users worldwide, covering more than 200 countries and regions around the world. Through Antube, users worldwide share a variety of interesting and cool high-quality short videos loved and followed by both new and old users.
“Share short videos and connect to the wide world.” To reward high-quality video contributors, encourage users to share more exciting videos, while attracting more users to join the Antube global ecosystem, Antube held “Best Popular Video” selection event, “Best Popular Blogger” selection event, and “Super Miner” Competition event during July. 10th to July. 24th in 2019. During the event, a large number of users uploaded carefully-selected videos to Antube platform and recommended Antube to their friends, which brought in more than ten thousand new users and significantly increased interactive data such as likes and follows. This strongly promoted the healthy development of Antube.
The new version of Antube fully integrated M³ distributed storage — core technology of DATA, and opened P2P acceleration function to users. Unlike traditional Internet short video companies that rely on centralized servers, Antube plans to make each mobile device a decentralized storage node through DATA’s M³ distributed storage technology, distributely storing data in mobile nodes after encrypting.
On one hand, bandwidth cost is greatly reduced; on the other hand, users do not need to worry about their data being occupied by the centralized server, which ensures the security and privacy of data. In the future, this technology can also be applied to all partners, and users can obtain incentives in Antube by sharing their own mobile broadband and storage resources.
