DATA × Yomob
This month, DATA team has further worked on the iterative optimization of the DATA product prototype. The team has completed the development of the Expense feature in Zap Zombies (IOS version) and the new features such as Task and Referral Reward in DATA Reward Program. These new features will be launched after the closed alpha test, please stay tuned!
Meanwhile, the team kept improving the conversion rate of DATA product. The simplified registration process and in-app dashboard will be introduced after the test, aiming to provide the best and smooth user experience for our community. A large percentage of the current users comes from China, the United States, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Vietnam, Brazil, and other countries and regions.

#HODL
DATA community partner, the fashion brand #HODL, launched a special DATA collection on its website: https://hashtaghodl.com/collections/data-collection. The collection includes DATA-themed pullovers, hats, T-shirts, and socks. The website supports global shipping! #HODL is an online clothing store specialized in cryptocurrency themes. Currently, it has launched four crypto-collections: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and DATA (DTA).
“Hodl” (often written HODL) is a slang term and Internet meme that is used in the cryptocurrency community when referring to holding the cryptocurrency rather than selling it. It originated in a December 2013 post on the Bitcoin Forum message board by an apparently inebriated user who posted with a typo in the subject, “I AM HODLING.”
#Huobi Blockchain Project Center
On August 20, 2018, one of the HADAX 2.0 series products, “Huobi Blockchain Project Center” was officially launched. The project center is committed to creating a platform for an immediate contact between Huobi users, project parties and investment institutions. Through the disclosing information at major events, such as weekly reports, monthly reports, and financial reports, the center will be in close contact with the detailed information about the project parties, and the users and investment institutions can derive their own conclusions for the project.
DATA has disclosed various information at the Huobi Blockchain Project Center. During the project exhibition, DATA will continue to present the team information and project information in a comprehensive manner through videos, live broadcasts, reports, and text reports.
Globalization Progress
On August 23, 2018, the opening ceremony of the China Blockchain Application Center (New York) was held in the Wall Street district, New York.
The opening ceremony was hosted by the China Blockchain Application Center (CBAC), organized by the Executive Director, founder and CEO of the Distributed Credit Chain, Stewie Zhu, and co-organized by the Executive Director, and founder of Usechain, Professor Cao, DATA’s co-founder, Franklin Song, Altonomy’s founder, Dong Bo, and CertiK.
Afterwards, the guests discussed the changes brought by blockchain in the traditional financial market, new direction of industry regulation, and the China-US digital currency trading market. The participants expressed their views on the establishment of China Blockchain Application Center (New York), saying it would help build direct connections with the local regulators, higher education institutions, and industry institutions to jointly promote the regulation and development of the blockchain industry in China and the United States, promote the Chinese blockchain industry to communicate with its global counterparts, and contribute to the thriving development of blockchain.
